Someone usually asked there are between 2 Tiffany e-rings. One is 1.14 carat D color and the other is 1.38 carat F color. I think another reason to go with the D color one is that it’s kind of sweet that he wants you to have the “best” one - cause you’re his best girl (old fashioned saying for girlfriend) and it is a nice representation of the purity of your love.

Through your life you may come to find the “bling factor” not so important, and you also may have additional rings that could end up being dwarfed by it - I like how a 1 carat diamond looks against, say, a diamond wedding band or an anniversary band, nice proportions. Think about that too, as you make your own decision.
